Sales Agreement
By ordering the MSCSRRR Secret system, I automatically understand, accept and agree to abide by the terms of this legal "Sales Contract".
(1) IF YOU PAY FOR MSCSRRR PROGRAM USING PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD MSCSRRR PROGRAM IMMEDIATELY IN PDF FORMAT, OR/AND ZIP FORMAT OR/AND WORD FILES. If you order and send payment by regular mail through the Post Office, you understand and agree
to PRINT your name, address, phone, fax (if any), e-mail address
CLEARLY, and that failure to do so may result in your order getting
lost or delayed, and if so, you accept full responsibility.
I agree to DOUBLE CHECK the accuracy of all these before sending my order!
(2) If you order by regular mail through the Post Office, YOU'LL GET AN E-MAIL FROM US ON HOW TO ACCESS Mscsrrr Secret system, SO BE SURE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS VALID AND WRITTEN CORRECTLY AND CLEARLY.
PLEASE WRITE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS EXACTLY AS YOU CREATED IT. IF YOU CREATED IT IN lower case,( small letters), THEN WRITE IT IN lower case (small letters). IF YOU CREATED IT IN UPPER CASE (CAPITAL LETTERS), THEN WRITE IT IN CAPITAL LETTERS. IF IT WAS MIXED, THEN WRITE IT ACCORDINGLY.
IF YOU MAKE ANY MISTAKES IN YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, AND THE BLAME WILL BE YOURS. If you send your order by priority mail, and paid cash, expect our e-mail in 7-10 days. If you paid with a money order, expect it in 14-21 days.

Also, if you turned your junk e-mail filter on to delete junk e-mails automatically, turn it off. If you don't, our e-mail may be deleted, and you will not see it!
Before deleting all the
e-mails in your JUNK FOLDER or INBOX, be sure to check for the good,
non-junk e-mails, so you'll not delete the important e-mails, including ours.
CHECK YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT AT LEAST THREE TIMES WEEKLY, AND DELETE JUNK E-MAILS TO FREE UP SPACE AT YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU DON'T, YOU WILL REACH YOUR QUOTA, AND WILL NOT RECEIVE IMPORTANT MAILS, SUCH AS OURS!
(3) I understand and agree that MSCSRRR Secret system is sold to me as "information only" and that since human intelligence and skills vary, all figures, dollar amount or references/testimonials used are for "illustrative purpose only", and don’t reflect the actual amount that can be made; and the company (MWC/QCC/CEO) will NOT be legally responsible for the outcome of using the information in MSCS-RRR Secret system or dealing with any company or individual referred to which the program refers. (4) I understand and agree that because MSCS-RRR is not a "get-rich-overnight" scheme, and because you'll have to try it out for 1-4 weeks, before you can start making money, there is no 30 or 90 day money back guarantee!!! in this sales contract, and that I will use the system for at least one year, after which, if I didn’t make any money and present a "documented evidence" (such as bank statements of account of both the trial and real account) of putting it into action and failing, I may request for a refund of my money ($50).
(5) I understand and agree not to duplicate this system program or to pass it to a second party or to resell it in any way or to copy and use the MSCS-RRR sales letter or website or any promotional information [unless I apply for and am accepted to be an Associate Sales Affiliate (ASA) for the company]. I understand and agree that if I violate this agreement, or make false accusations/complaints against the company, I will face a legal action that will result in me paying damages (as well as all attorneys' fees incurred) to the company (MWC/QCC/CEO).

(6) SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If I you order by regular mail through the Post Office, as soon as we receive your payment, we'll e-mail you and give you simple instructions on how to ACCESS the MSCSRRR Secret system. It is easy to Access. You just click on the links and it will download on your computer, then you may save it, and then open it and start reading.
You may also print it, if you desire so. You agree that once we send the e-mail and you receive it, that your order has been fulfilled. We'll send you an e-mail to access MSCSRRR Secret system, as soon as we receive your payment.
To speed it up, please send your payment by Priority or Express mail. After that notify us by e-mail at: admin (at) mscsrrr (dot) com that you've sent it.
Include your full name, phone and the date you sent the payment in the notice.
Please allow us time to receive your payments, process your order and send it to you.
If, after at least 2 weeks, if you still didn’t get an e-mail from us then e-mail us or call us and re-send your full name, phone and e-mail address to us.
We’ll re-send it as many
times as necessary until you get it. Thank you!
